All sold goods, except for those specified, can be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt, and the amount will be refunded to the customer minus the fees (cancellation/modification/non-receipt) of the order specified below, if any. Or they can be exchanged within thirty (30) days of receipt. The goods must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for returning the delivery to the shipping company within the mentioned period.
The refund amount will be returned to the customer using the same card within the period specified by the card issuer.
If you wish to receive the refund amount before returning the goods, we advise you to use a credit card for payment. We will refund the amount immediately after receiving your return request, and the refund will reach your original payment account before the shipping representative comes to collect the goods.
This site is dedicated to retail orders for personal use only. If a bulk order is placed, the store reserves the right to cancel the order. The refund process for canceled or returned orders to the customer's bank account will be within 7-14 working days from the date of receiving the returned order.
Note: The original shipping fees are non-refundable.
The product must be in its original condition and packaging and must not have been used or had its packaging altered.
You can request a refund within thirty (30) days of receipt or exchange within thirty (30) days of receipt only.
In case of misuse of the product by the customer, it cannot be returned. Please note that all packages come with an invoice from Miniso.
If the order invoice from Miniso is not included, the order cannot be returned.
The customer bears the shipping company fees.
In case of a request for exchange or cancellation, the customer bears all shipping fees.
If the customer does not respond to the shipping company and does not receive the shipment, the store and the shipping company are not responsible for any delays.
