Terms and conditions for purchasing from Misbaha Store, which is a part of HONG KONG DOOKAN TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED, with its registered address: FLAT B07 FLOOR 23, HOOVER INDUSTRIAL BUILDING, NO.26-38 KWAI CHEONG ROAD, N.T, HONG KONG.

Dear customer, to organize the sales process, we hope you will review the following before completing your purchase, as completing the purchase will be considered an agreement to these terms:

First: Product Display

  1. The display and marketing of products on the site should not be interpreted in any way as a recommendation that any product is suitable and compatible with the customer's desire and need. Therefore, the customer is responsible for ensuring the suitability of the product to their needs by reviewing the information included on each product page and in the informational pages.

Second: Shipping and Delivery

  1. The customer must enter the recipient's name and delivery address correctly. In case of an error in the address or contact numbers, this may cause a delay in the shipment, failure to deliver it, or additional fees imposed by the shipping company or delivery representative.

  2. The estimated time for the arrival of the goods is an estimated time. We will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible, but the order may be delayed for reasons beyond the store's control.

  3. The order may be delayed due to reasons related to the customer, such as not being present at the delivery location, not answering the delivery representative's call, or requesting a change in the delivery address. In such circumstances, neither the store nor the delivery company is responsible for the delay.

  4. The store may change the shipping company chosen by the customer without referring to the customer if the shipping is free. It may also change it if the shipping is paid, provided the store refunds the customer the difference in fees if the fees after the change are lower.

  5. If the shipment arrives damaged from the inside, the customer must inform the shipping company before receiving the order, and then inform the store directly.

Third: Returns and Exchanges

All sold goods (excluding cosmetics, personal care products, and perfumes) are returnable within seven (7) days of receipt or exchangeable within (14) days of receipt only. The amount will be refunded to the customer minus the fees (cancellation/modification/non-receipt) of the order specified below, if any. The goods must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for returning the delivery to the store within the mentioned period. The refund amount will be returned to the customer using the same card within the period specified by the card issuer.

Fourth: Fees for (Cancellation/Modification/Non-Receipt) of the Order

The customer must send a modification or cancellation request via the store's WhatsApp number. Since the shipping, delivery, and payment services are provided by other companies, fees may be imposed according to the rules and regulations set by those companies.

Fifth: Typographical Errors

We always strive to provide accurate information regarding the prices, quantities, and descriptive details of the products, but some typographical errors may occur in the content. If there are pricing, quantity, or content errors, Misbaha Store reserves the right to correct these errors according to the rules and regulations.
